Discussion Board
Aerofly 5 users may post questions directly to the Discussion Board. Aside from the user-to-user solutions, our Product Support staff also monitors this forum as well providing answers whenever possible. As such, this is a valuable asset when an issue arises. In many instances you will find that your question has already been answerd on this board. So please use the Search function before posting a question.
Contact Us
Before contacting us, please make sure you have the following information ready:
Details about your computer system including installed hardware (especially your 3D-graphics card) and software
Your AeroFly 5 Version Number
If e-mailing us, attach the file called TM.log to it. This file is located in the AeroFly 5 directory, by default it is: C:\Programe Files\Ipacs\Aerofly 5\. On Windows Vista and Windows 7 the default installation directory is the User directory. To locate the TM.log file simply right click on the AeroFly 5 logo on the Desktop and choose “Open file location”.
